You can minimise scratches to bamboo flooring by padding the undersides of furniture like tables and chairs. Using heavy-duty rugs in outside areas where people enter the floored area is also a good idea to keep stone particles from entering inside. The best practice may be to have people remove shoes altogether especially if they are stilettos or have cleats.
