The products are produced under the license of Flooring Industries for the use of Unilin's glueless technology of laminate flooring
The click profile has been designed so that during installation the laminate flooring panels can be slotted together either angled or horizontally and without damage. This is very important in areas where angling is either difficult or impossible (under door frames or radiators, for example).
The ingenious click system has a special shape of tongue and groove. Their sophisticated and very accurate milled shape makes it possible to create a very tight connection during the installation.
You can use simple techniques to make an click connection.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims. The guarantee is for replacement or refund of the laminate material only, no labor.
The guarantee does not cover chipping (laminate will chip if sharp objects are dropped on it), warping (laminate will warp if excessive moisture gets into the boards) or bridging (which is caused by insufficient expansion spacing).
We will not consider any claims for these problems; Claims for wear must show a minimum dime size area. This guarantee is pro-rated on the amount of time the flooring has been installed.

Pre-Finished Solid Timber (1800-1880 x 115-168 x 18mm)
A solid timber floor is one on which the finish is applied at the factory. This means it is quicker and easier to install than site-finish flooring but care must be given to not damage pieces during the installation process.
Timber is a natural product. Colour variation is to be expected.
Prior to installation, the package should be open for a period of no less than 14days for raw boards and no less than 5 days for pre-finished boards.
It is the installer’s responsibility to inspect the boards prior to installation. Once the flooring has been installed, the supplier assumes no further responsibility for defects visible at the time of installation.
Moisture content range of timber is between 8%-12%. Should there be a problem please contact the supplier immediately.

Glueless Laminate Flooring DIY Installation Instructions

1. install vapor barrier (0.2 mm PE film) and underlay
|
2. lay panels close together on floor
|
|
3. lock in half-length panel with rotating motion
|
4. observe clearances
|
|
5. dock in panel lengthwise
|
6. link panels transversely
|
|
7. continue in stepped fashion
|
8. Rotate offcut section through 180° and mark accordingly
|
|
9. shorten last panel, rotate through 180° and slot in
|
10. fit panel using drawbar
|
|
11.start the next row with the leftover section (min.40cm)
|
12. cut last row to size
|
|
13. allow for expansion
|
14. ensure floor is able to "float"
|
|
15. expansion joints |
16. Done!
